I liked my stay for one night. Decent location and very helpful staff were a definite plus.- Shopping malls and several stores were right next door.

Decent sized and silent rooms. Comfortable and decent location to explore Berlin, savoury breakfast with sausages etc and Juice and hot bacon. Good service and fair value...

Peaceful location close to a metro line, outstandingly accommodating staff, everything was excellent. Our rooms were large with a very nice view to a park. Location: the hotel was close to Close to Airport, Gallo Nero, and city centre. Being minutes from Pizzeria Mona Mia was nice, we had dinner there.

Enjoyed my stay during a business trip. the location was peaceful, with restaurants and taverns nearby. - Next door to a shopping center and various stores. - the room was a good size and had air conditioning. - Had a comfortable night's sleep.

Reasonable parking rates, relatively spacious rooms.

- The non-smoking room still smelled faintly of cigarettes, however a good airing did away with that. - Though double bed ordered, found two separate beds, which could, however, be moved together without much trouble. - The breakfast is relatively expensive, but since there is not much in a way of cafes and bakeries in the immediate vicinity, you either have to grab something some 10 min walk away or put up with 12 Eur/p. (in spring 2012).

The rooms were impeccably clean and the staff was welcoming. We appreciated the two nearby shops and multiple restaurants, which was quite convenient. the location was great as the major sites were just a short train journey away.

The room was quite warm in the morning despite it being June. the location wasn't the best and there were not many people on the streets or many shops to choose from.

Quiet area in Neukölln with nice nearby parks. Walking distance (45 minutes) to Hermannplatz and Hasenheide where there are many nice restaurants. (I especially recommend Pizzeria Masaniello who serve REAL Napoli style pizza as well as Wirtshaus Hasenheide who serve tradidional german cuisine in huge portions at fair prices.). Close walking distance to U-bahn connection at Grenzallé. For the price we payed (€195 for three nights including parking) and the fact that we weren't going to spend so much time at the hotel, I would say it was a decent deal.

I really wouldn't consider this a 4-star hotel, more like a good 3-star one. Not offering free internet connection is unacceptable. The location in Neukölln is OK if you know how to use Berlin's public transportation system (which is a no-brainer), but you have to expect 30-45 minutes of commuting to get into the city centre.

Located in a quiet suburb of Berlin, it provides a peaceful atmosphere while still being conveniently close to the Grenzallee station. The rooms offer a very nice view of a nearby park, and the basic amenities are complemented by good facilities, including internet access. Plus, the breakfast options cater to vegans, ensuring a wide range of choices for everyone.

All was fine during my stay, no complaints at all.

This hotel is situated on a bustling street, with easy access to the nearby U-bahn and an excellent Greek restaurant. the room was comfortable and clean with a spacious bathroom. the breakfast was tasty and filling, with a variety of options available.

The WiFi connection was unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected while in the room.

Well Priced and located with friendly efficient staff as well as comfortable clean rooms and facilities.

Food did not look appetising. On the evening we wished to eat there was only a buffet service with limited choice and some of the food looked dry and unattractive.
